Legal Question in Traffic Law in Arkansas
i recently got pulled over for a broken headlight, i was told my drivers licence was suspended from failure to pay a previeous ticket off (paid off now). my question is do i still have to pay the fines even though i didnt know that my licence was suspended (i have not gone to court for this yet)
