living ex-wife
A property deed has the names of a husband and wife who have since divorced. The names of both have remained on the deed all this time and the ex-husband has remained living in the home. The ex-husband never changed the deed ,nor remarried,nor made a will ,nor do they have any children. The ex-husband has recently died, what claims does the ex-wife that is named on the deed have to the property?

Under the facts you stated, she probably owns it! Talk to an Attorney to be sure though.
