Legal Question in Family Law in Australia

My date 1year ago had fallen pregnant, and recently we had recieved a court order to have 6 visits supervised and there after 6 non supervised for 3 hr intervals. I have had great difficulty seeing my daughter, with many messages of allegations and excuses for ment to see her. Recently I recieved a message to say she is signing a stat dec, with a family lawyer for me not to pay child support? Is this achievable ?

Yes. it would either be a binding child support agreement, or an arrangement through Centrelink for the Child Support Agency not to collect child support and for her to be exempted from cliaming child support. Centrelink guidelines are that she would have to allege that she has been the subject of or fearful of domestic violence from you.
