Legal age to live with other parent

Under the family law what is the legal age for one child to live with their other parent?

There is no "legal age" for children and young people under 18. There used to be such an age, 14, until 1983, when the Family Law Act was changed to allow flexibility. This occurred because it was recognised that different children have different maturities. You should obtain specific advice in your case as to what prospects there might be, given the age and maturity of the child or young person.
