Re: power of attorney please

I am not sure precisely what your question is. That is, do you want your parents to give you their power of attorney or do you want to appoint your parents your attorney? In either case, the granting of a Power of Attorney is a voluntary act. If you want to act as your parent's attorney then they will need to see a lawyer who will prepare the document. Conversely if you are in the US and want to appoint your parents in Australia as your attorney, e-mail me with your full name and address and your parents full names and address and I can prepare one for you. The quickest solution would be to email the document to you as an attachment. Once received you can print it, sign it and return to us by airmail.
