I had divorced money to my wife last year due to extramarital affair of her. After the divorce I was informed that during the marriage they hide his actual fathers name. My ex father in law (So called) didnot disclose the name of her actual fathers name in the marriage contract. Am I be responsible to pay dowary money to my ex wife. We had a baby boy aged 5.5 years and now he resides with his mother. I did not married yet. How could I get my child back.

Non disclosure of the actual father's name might be a criminal offence. That does not invalidate your marriage. So you must pay dower money to your wife.

Till 7 years old, your son will be with his mother. Law allows you to take your son when he will pass 7. If your wife does not want to give the boy, you may go to court claiming custody.
