Legal Question in Immigration Law in Belgium

Does my marriage become anuled.

My husband was denied status after being here in the U.S. for 7 Years and deported back to Belgium. We have been married for over 3yrs. and no children between us. I have 3 teenaged boys from a prev. marriage of 15yrs. We were told by the U.S. Immigration he is perm. banned from our country. My question is, What happens to our Legal marriage, and do I need to file for divorce, or an anulment?

Please Help Me With An Answer.

You need to get a divorce or dissolution, depebnding on what state you live in. Your marriage is valid and will remain valid until it is terminated by a court.
