I have had pains in myleg and arm,, the real pain is in my back and is still there. All the people in the Land Rover were drunk including driver which left the scene of the accident. No Insurance co. has offered anything and they are pointing fingers at each other. If there is not enough money to be paid for my injuries and i sue,, and others or all may file bankruptcy, is this allowed for there may not be enough coverage. who's at fault? Yes i do have insurance and it is what the state of CA requires me to have, and i did not hit any one nor was i pushed into any one. Who's at Fault.

The person who rear-ended you is at fault. Check with your insurance company and see if they have med pay coverage for you. Get to the doctor. I practice in California and Indiana.

The driver that rearended you would probably be the target Defendant. You would probably have causes of action against both other vehicles as well as the Mfr./Dodge..I'd be interested in this matter (562)267 7777

Your question has been directed to me since I specialize in personal injury law.

Based on the brief and sketchy facts that you have supplied me, it would appear that the Dodge neon is mostly or completely at fault. However, I would have to look at the police report and get additional specific details in order to give you a more thorough opinion. I would strongly suggest that you contact a personal injury attorney in the geographic area where the accident took place. If you are in the Orange County area, I would be glad to provide a free consultation to further discuss the specifics of your case.

Yours truly,

Re: Rear Ended ''Who is at fault'' Drunk Driver leave the scene

It appears to be the guy who rear-ended you who is at fault for his failure to stop for traffic, or excessive speed for conditions.

The drunk guys who overturned in the middle of the road did not touch you and may be in violation of stoping in the middle of a freeway without cause.

I hope that you have been seeing your doctor for the past 2 months, or you would have a problem relating all of your injuries to this accident.
