It took a while to figure out that a "beaner" can be a derogatory term for someone from south of the border. (I thought it was a baseball deliberately thrown at another's head.) If you weren't a customer of the place where your girlfriend is employed nor an employee, it doesn't sound like you'd have a case. I'd have a serious conversation with your girlfriend, though, about working for the dolt.
