Legal Question in Disability Law in California

Dear Sir / Mrs.

I need your help and support regarding one problem which is explained as below:

I was working with one Airline in State of Kuwait called Kuwait Airways Corporation, in capacity of Senior Accountant during my service with them, I got appreciation certificate and letter about my efficiency and ability in work and how I developed nature of work to the better.

When I have been shifted to Cargo revenue section, I discovered my boss there is a Muslim and he hates Christians too much.

All of sudden this man terminated my services without telling any bad things I did or any other reason. He told me only that this action has been done due to company's policy, but I discovered later on that this man is lire because he appointed a new Muslim employee in my place so this is the real reason behind, although I have two appreciation certificate and letter both showing my efficiency with a good evaluation of my performance.!, .

So I am thinking deeply to make a court case in foreign country against this Airline whom they terminated my service on Discrimination basis because I am Christian, and ask for a reasonable compensation from them, naturally I need a legal advise from a good lawyer for that.

Could you please advise me if you are able to handle such case by informing me if there is possibility to win this case and got reasonable compensation from them, and how much reasonable amount I am supposing to ask in your opinion?

Could you please help me how to come over to USA to make court case, how to get a free lawyer to handle my case till I get the claim and pay him later his fees as I am a poor man?

With my best regards.

The problem here is that, I believe, that the airline is a Kuwait flag carrier, and you were working in Kuwait. It doesn't sound like a U.S. court would have any jurisdiction to hear a case. It is, indeed unfortunate that the world is not more tolerant of diverse religions and points of view.
