Legal Question in Disability Law in California

I have a wife that allowed a kids, 19 year old to have a party in california while I was in UTAH and we are in a bad bad divorce. She stole everything and abandoned the house to these kids and now they destroyed it and stole all my property. She made a false police report that I authorized the party and now she went and hired someone to clean it. Kinda admitting her guilt. The police are charging them, both of them. False police reports and vandalism and accessary to vandalism.

How do I file a civil suit against them and her Divorce Attorney ass I warned him this would happen and he does not reply to anything I send him. Thank you

You can file a small claims suit in your local court. You cannot sue effectively your ex-wife's attorney unless he participated in causing the damage or taking property. Filing a false claim would result in him suing for malicious prosecution. In all likelihood the court in the criminal matter as part of any sentence will order the parties to make restitution for the damages. Unless these parties have assets you would be wasting your money in obtaining a judgment that cannot be collected.
