Legal Question in Disability Law in California

I had a work related injury in Feb. 2009,in Oct.2009 I had surgery and then moved back home to Texas, They have not found me a sergeon and I have not had any therapy since Jan. what are my rights?

It would be difficult to find a doctor in your area that will provide you with therapy that you need and bill the insurance company.
