Legal Question in Administrative Law in California

I want to attend a physician assistant school but they told me that all my sciences have to be taken over as it is over 7 years that i have taken it. I have my Dr. of Chiropractic degree in 1980 and I feel they are discriminating against older applicants. Can a school not accept credits from a applicant that already have a degree ?

A school can impose reasonable regulations on admission to its programs. Much has happened in many of the biological sciences in the last seven years let alone 30 years. Would you want some one treating you medically when they have not had a science class for 30 years? The restiction seems very reasonable to me.
