Trademark Question

We are interested in Trademarking a

name possibly a logo. What is the best

way to do this? Can your company

assist us?

You need to have an attorney review your Logo to see whether it would be something you Trademark or Copyright depending on the nature and composition of the item. After the review, a Trademark filing will have to be made to protect your logo.
