Do you want to have the hearing officer disciplined or do you want to challenge her decision? Or do you want to do both?

If you have exhausted your remedies with the housing authority, the way to challenge the result it by bringing a mandamus petition in the superior court. The procedure is not easy, and you should get a lawyer if at all possible. Please feel free to contact me directly. I have many years of experience in appeals and writs, and am certified as an appellate specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

I would need more information about what happened before I could suggest ways to press your grievance about the hearing officer.
