Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

In 2007 we financed a Honda 50 dirtbike for our son. We financed 2500. In March 2010 we owed a balance of $800. We filed a chapter 7 in March of 2010 and it was discharged in July 2011. Honda never came for the bike. We have never used the bike since March 2010 and we keep it in are garage for Honda to pick up. We have received registration fees on the bike for 2010 but we did not pay them since the bike has a Honda lien. We filed our state taxes and now they garnished the registrastion fees from our return. How do we get out of these registration fees. We can't sell the bike becuase honda has a lien yet they will not come pick it up. DO we have to pay these registration fees the rest of our lives? Do we keep storing the bike for Honda to show up?
