Account Monitoring Before / After Bankrupcy

Will anyone be monitoring or auditing my checking account and/or income after I sign papers with my lawyer to proceed with a Chapter 7 bankrupycy?

Most likely not. However, you must be completely honest in disclosing all of your assets and whether or not you anticipate an increase in income. Remember, you are signing the bankruptcy petition under penalty of perjury. Be sure to disclose everything to your attorney so that he or she can give you proper legal advice for your situation.
