Chapter 7 filing

Have judgement against me from credit card - need to file BK but have 0 funds - can anyone help me - am willing to pay attorney $75.00 for consultation fee - PLEASE - I only have 30 days to file BK.

It appears that a creditor has filed suit against you and you have 30 days to answer. If you don't, then the creditor can take your default, get a judgment against you and try to collect. Obviously, there's nothing to collect against (unless you have real property or a salary-paying job). The process will usually take about 45-60 days for them to get a judgment against you, if that helps. I'm out of town this week. Feel free to call me next week if you want to discuss this some more.
