Debt obligation/bankruptcy

I owe a structured payment to a major

company that just filed for Chapter

11...Do I still owe them that money?

Yes, you still owe them the obligation, and I would suggest that its even more important to pay timely as the US Trustee is now involved in the operation of their business.
