How can I delete Chapter 11 bankruptcy dismissed off my credit report...

The case being dismissed does not eliminate the fact that you filed. The case will show on your credit report, if the information is correct. You can write a dispute letter to the 3 credit bureaus to dispute this information, which may or may not help.
