Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Frozen Joint Account

My mother forgot to remove me from her joint checking/savings account before I filed from bankruptcy. I never use her account at all. It was just a remnant from when I was a lot younger. The bank has frozen her account without any notification. I owe money on another account there that she is not associated with at all. I am in the process of filing an amendment to exempt this account. Do we have any recourse to ''unfreeze'' her account before then? How long will it take this to process once I file the amendment?

Re: Frozen Joint Account

Go to the bank with your mother. Explain that the account belongs to your mother and your name was added as a matter of convenience in the event of her death. Show them the amendment you filed.
