Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

I live in the state of California. My bankruptcy has been final for several months now and I still have not heard from anyone pertaining to my motorcyle. Is there a statue of limitations on the amonut of time in which I need to notified about surrendering personal property?

To the contrary, you should have made arrangements with the creditor earlier to surrender the motorcycle if you did not desire to retain it. It was your obligation to carry out your stated intentions during the bankruptcy. So, you should do so now.
