Mobile Home
In Chapter 7 filing, where do I list a mobile home...Real or Personal property? Lot is rented.

List under Schedule B (personal property)if space is merely rented. If the location where the mobile home is situated is owned, it would be a good idea to list the mobile home on schedule A (real property), the value of course being that of the land with the mobile home.
