Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

Property Purchase while in open Chapt 7

I have been in Chap 7 ( repayment)since 1997. Never missed a payment and have repayed half of debt was $250,000.00 balance is $100,000. Home I want is $219,000. I have filed a motion to acquire property. DO I HAVE A CHANCE!

Your question is unclear. If you are in a repayment situation, you would not be in a chapter 7. The balance of your question is also unclear but it sounds like you have already asked the court to approve the purchase of certain property. (Court approval may not have been required for purchasing property but may very well have been required for borrowing moneys to buy the property.) Good luck to you.
