Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California
How do I get a refund from a Chevrolet dealer who is now out of business? I have checked with the bankruptcy court and they did not file for BK, simply closed, I assume.

You need to find out the name of the legal owner of the business (former business) and sue them in small claims court, get a judgment, and then go after the assets of the former business. You may want to do a little investigation first because of the business no longer has any assets you may be wasting your time. Amir Aalam
