Legal Question in Business Law in California

Hello. My 15 year old son and I have cell phone service through AT&T in California. Anytime my bill is overdue and they call to notify, they call my son's phone. Unfortunately, sometimes they call him during class. I have asked them on four occasions to stop this, as my line is the primary line. They have attempted to resolve this in the past, but after the calls resume to my son's phone. The most recent response was: "After reviewing your account information, if the calls your son is receiving on his device are due to a past due balance, I apologize but we are unable to remove your son's wireless number from the contact list because the wireless numbers on your account are contacted in numerical order when there is a past due balance." However, they are contacting a minor regarding a contract and bill. Isn't that illegal?

1. It is not illegal. 2. From personal experience AT&T is the worst carrier available in most areas when it comes to billing and customer service. Change carriers as soon as you can. 3. If its that big a problem, pay the bill on time.
