I was wondering if there are laws that protect consumers from being harrassed by consumers?

Sure. They are the same laws that protect auto mechanics from being harassed by auto mechanics, or dog groomers from being harassed by dog groomers, or art critics from being harassed by other art critics.

What do you mean by "consumers?"

Everyone is a consumer. President Bush is a consumer. Queen Elizabeth is a consumer.

The laws against harrassment don't generally require that the plaintiff/victim or the defendant/perpetrator be persons who consume or refrain from consumption.
