Your message is not clear as to your situation.

In general, your income is taxable regardless of where or how it is earned. You therefore are liable for income taxes on that income. It is unclear how employment taxes should be handled, since I cannot tell if you are an employee or an independent contractor. In any event, someone is liable for those taxes, and you are certainly liable for at least part of them.

You should be careful about this arrangement. There are a lot of scams on the Internet which persuade Americans to send money overseas by making them believe they will get to keep an even larger amount for themselves. This sounds like it might be one of them. After all, why would a Pakistani company hire an American for work that can be done anywhere? There are plenty of people in Pakistan who could do the same work for less money than an American would want.

I don't know anything about this company. Even if it's legitimate, it might not be who you're actually dealing with. Your contacts might just be using its name in order to win your trust.

If you send money to a third-world country -- which might not actually be Pakistan -- and then find out you've been conned, you will have a very hard time figuring out who got your money and an even harder time getting it back.

Good luck.
