I believe where I would start is with their 10-Q or 10-K reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission. There is a computerized inquiry system called "EDGAR" which I think stands for Electronic Data Gathering and Retrieval. I'm not sure if there is currently any free, direct public access to documents in the EDGAR data base, but I'm rather sure there are private companies who can retrieve documents for a very modest fee. If you can guess the calendar quarter in which the transaction would have been reported, you may save some unnecessary fees on retrieving the wrong document. I have done some EDGAR data retrieval in the past with good success, but I don't at the moment recall exactly how I did it.
