Grace period and late payment charges
Is there any understood grace period that is accepted and implied in the eyes of the court, if no grace period was specified in a purchase agreement?
I finished making monthly payments on my business and now the seller is wanting to collect back pay for late payments which were typically not more than 3-4 days late.
