Legal Question in Business Law in California

Is legal for my company to use my certificate bid projects after I leave the company or during the project biding process I leave the company, can my company use my certificate until the biding process finish?

I don't think so, but in order to research and report with any confidence, you'll have to give us some idea of the profession involved.....are you a licensed contractor, architect, engineer, mechanic, deep-sea diver or what? There are different laws and regulations for each field.

No. If you have a license, it goes with you, and the company would have to substitute the license of someone who works for them.

If you're talking about a certification of architectural plans, for example, that you signed while you worked for the company, your signature on the certificate would still be good as long as the plans were unchanged.
