Legal Question in Business Law in California
I litigated against a business that was in the form of a partnership and got a judgment.
One of the partners hid the lawsuit from the other partners and I believe they are still unaware.
Does this stop me from collecting form the company and / or the partners who are unaware of the lawsuit?
