Legal Question in Business Law in California

Originator of Nevada Corporation has been using its corporate account as his personal trust account to buy real estate in California. In one of his Deeds of Trust he misrepresented his corporation as "corporation organized and existing under the laws of California and whose address is [his California home address]". Is that misrepresentation punishable by California law? What action would Attorney General most likely take with regard of this misrepresentation?

Thank you.

Probably the Attorney General would do nothing. What is your role in all this, and why do you care? If the situation you described aggrieves you in some way, consult an attorney about filing a lawsuit.
