What time can we start calling businesses?

I want to know if there is a specific time in the morning in which you must wait to call businesses to solicate advertising? It is not for collections or private parties.

It is more efficient to call businesses when they are open than when they are closed. I know of no law, however, restricting "cold calling" to a particular time of day. Use common sense. And if you call me, I will tell you "I don't accept telephone solicitations from ANYONE, at ANY TIME, about ANYTHING."
