Start at the link I sent you and contact an attorney because you will likely require more than just a license.

You are embarking on one of the most highly regulated ventures around, not the most regulated, but damned close. There are state and federal regulations and requirements. Customs, Agriculture, and Trademark issues. You need an experienced import/export attorney, or more likely a firm that does work in international trade. Otherwise you are pretty much guaranteed to miss something or mess something up and possibly lose your business.
