Equal protection

zI am a disabled person and I was a victim of a hate crime and they Judge would not allow me a seat in his courtroom when I dentifed myself as a service disabled veteran and refused to follow rules of the court established by the 2nd court of appeals of California regarding service animals for major depression and allowed the defendant to apply a different standard allowing her to defraud me of my service animals. Is this lega. I cannot find a lawyer to help me ....who can I go to and what can i do about it.l

There's a disability rights legal advocacy group in, I believe, Berkeley, who might be of assistance. You might also write to the presiding judge of the district if you believe you were denied equal access to the courtroom.
