Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

me and my parents was in an arguement and some one called the police the policew gets there and ask did some one call the police my mom says no and closed the door the officers rushed in the house and through my mother to the floor she wasnt resisting arest and the officer with excessive force is twisting her arm cuffing her putting his knee in her back and shes not resisting im telling the officer she has a back problem and arm problem and high blood pressure she has to be

seen for and the officer continued to be agressive toward my mother and while im standing still trying to tell the officer my moms health his partner says get back and pushes me and walked toward me and pushed me again pulled out a tazzer gun point at my head and then chest and pushed me again saying get back and im standing still then while my mom is cuffed the other officer still pulling her arm and leaning against her back pulling her up in a hateful way as shes crying like he care less about her pain what to do about the two officer attidues and excessive force. please help

You should file an excessive fierce and warrantless entry complaint against each of those cops in writing.
