can you be sued? Yes, anyone can be "sued." Will it result in a judgement against you? If it was just as you describe it, not very likely.

To say that all "illegals" should be sent back to their home countries is just a statement of your opinion, in other words, you are merely saying that the immigration laws should be enforced. Some people who are running for President are making similar statements and no, I don't think you (or a political candidate) could be successfully sued for that.

However, I don't think it's a very smart thing to say to a person of Hispanic descent, as they may become offended and slug you.

If you are talking about "ill eagles," I don't agree that they should be sent to Mexico. They should be sent to a veterinarian.
