Rights of a Minor

Can the Police or FBI question a minor without a parent present? If you could please give the law number.

Wise parents teach their kids in advance not to talk to cops. Asking the court to suppress their confession (any statement is a confession) after the fact will be an uphill battle for the lawyer you hire. Go to YouTube and look up the excellent two videos, Don't Talk To Cops.
