Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
My sister and I do not get along. She is now threatening me with a Restraining Order. I live with our Dad and she wants to make life hard for me by coming over to visit him and making me leave my own home. If she did have a legal restraining order, does she have the right to come to my and my Dad's home to visit him and make me have to leave my own home because of the Restraining Order when she comes over here to visit him?
