Is there a form to speed up the return of my assets after a dissmissal for failure to file timely on the distrct attorneys motion.

Thanks for your posting. Although there is no form to "speed up" the return of your assets, you can prepare and file a stipulation for return of property.

After the D.A. signs the stipulation, you may ask a judge to return your property immediately. After the judge or his/her clerk signs the order, you may present the order to the police department holding the property and get it back the same day, without problem.
