wrongly accussed of 1st degree burglary

my husband happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time,and was arrested for 1st degree burglary,in contra costa county,bay area,taken to jail,questioned,and booked,with $100,000 bail set,and spent the night,he didnt know anything about the burgarly,at a local subway shop.the next day they released him,but wouldnt tell him any details about what ahd happened,and why they picked him up. is he able to view the details of this crime,since he was accused of it,and any other info.he thinks he may still be sent in for questioning?help

Don't participate in "questioning." Don't go to a police station unless under arrest. The only words that should pass your lips are, I want a lawyer. Otherwise leave the situation alone.
