As Ms. Cowin at least implies, you are in need of actual legal advice and custom drafted agreements, not generic or standard 'forms'. The legal needs you identified, assuming there aren't others, are probably in the $2000 range, at least at my rates.

Re: agreements for internet

I draft these for most of my clients and our CA attorney would contribute regarding the fact that you appear to be based in CA. I would need to see your site and discuss it with you, but I've never met most of my clients in person because they are located around the world. I use Skype to communicate with most of them and I don't have to charge CA fees because I live in New Orleans and office at home. I maintain my clients' privacy, but I was previously General Counsel (and drafted the contracts)for directNIC.com, Parked.com, DomainContender.com and others.

Re: agreements for internet

I have done this for other internet sites. I would meet with you, review your site, and draft appropriate language. It is also important how the information is displayed on the site. You are welcome to call to discuss this matter.
