computer on line banking snooping
Is it a crime to look into someone else's on line banking, without their knowledge.....for information only? Divorced situation.

If your name is not on the account, then yes, that is illegal.

Since I don't know exactly what you did, nor your state of mind or intent at the time, all I can say is that there is a probability that you violated Penal Code section 502.
I suggest you look it up and read it. The section is too long to quote here. You might take a particularly close look at subsection 502(c)(2).
The penalties are spelled out in subsection (d) and can be pretty stiff, both fines and imprisonment.
