Legal Question in Technology Law in California

I want to design greeting cards to sell. I purchased a computer software program that has designs and templates, but as I was installing the program, I read the License User Agreement. In the agreement it states I can not use the program to develop products to sell or for commercial purposes. Since I planned to use my own photo's and artwork in the templates, can I legally use the software to create my designs and sell them or do I need to find a different type of computer program, such as a graphic design?

Probably not. You would need permission from the original copyright holder to use their designs.
