Legal Question in Technology Law in California

So a girl I had a beef with was able to change my yahoo email account password by answering the two questions needed to reset my password by getting the answers off my facebook dumb on my part i know. She then changed my facebook password Later that day i got a text saying I was tricked into getting into your accounts and gave me the new passwords. I have the ip address. They didnt steal money or anything just changed the passwords. Will the cops FBI or the courts get a subpoena to track the ip address and have them arrested?

Without commenting on the merits of any possible legal action you might take, let me say that obtaining a subpoena would require hiring a lawyer and initiating a lawsuit; or, alternatively, filing yourself and convincing a judge (or court clerk) that you need one. See Code of Civil Procedure section 1985 for procedures.
