Privacy Invasion - All Yahoo Messages are gone

I lost all my messages in my yahoo mailbox. All the messages in my mailbox belong to another person. I am wondering if other people are viewing my messages. Although my is free yahoo mail, but this indicates yahoo's security has a leak and may affect other yahoo's paid services. Is it possible to sue yahoo on this? Thanks

Thomas
