Legal Question in Technology Law in California

Refund

I purchased tickets on the web(not w/ airline company), but they canceled the tickets 1 hour after the purchase. They denied it. We called our credit card company, but still I had to pay. However, I don't have the evidence of this. We have tried to solve this unsuccesfully. Finally, the airline company left a message on my answering machine that this company got those refunds. We are planning to bring this matter to small claim court. Is it possible ? Because they are in Connecticut and we in California. Also, The company policy is the tickets are non refundable and can't be cancelled by them. The company refused to refund our money and they got money from us and airline company. Can you help us ? The tickets are around $400

Re: Refund

I would try posting your Priceline experience to biddingfortravel.com, a forum for Priceline users, under the category "Bidding Glitches and Problems" and see what, if any, help you might get there. Your post is long on conclusions and short on facts, how did you know "they canceled the tickets 1 hour after purchase"? Who is "they"? Why don't you have any evidence of this?
