Legal Question in Technology Law in California

I have a website called: www.emanbuzzz.yolasite.com. On my homepage I have RSS feeds from several websites such as Feedzilla.com and Reuters.com. On both websites they let anyone online to create their own customized RSS feed and to post it on your own website. I had concerns because I don't want to be sued for anything having to do with copyright laws and such. I really don't want to be sued for and reason. Can you help me?

You are fine with just links via RSS feeds. That's what RSS feeds are designed for. If you start posting actual content from these links on your own site, you'd be in hot water... it is also worthy of note that if someone has an issue with your feeds, you should expect to receive a comment/email/letter from the copyright owner to "cease and desist" your "improper" usage before any lawsuit would be filed.

If I received such a letter, I would simply remove the allegedly "infringing" content and continue on with the site. Good luck with the site.
