Legal Question in Constitutional Law in California

having your livelihood disturbed

Is it true that a person, company and/or HOA can not take a persons livelihood from them if that is how they make there living? and if so there is a code that goes with that, may i get that code. Any info would be very much appreciated.

There is no such requirement in the law, at least none as general as what you describe. If there were, there would be no way to stop people who make their livelihoods illegally.
